what we do

the highest quality
Resin Flooring.

What is it?
Put simply, its a durable, high-performance flooring system made from epoxy resin mixed with hardener and applied as a coating to concrete, wood, or other types of floors.
Why Use It?
A vastly growing epoxy resin flooring system that is here to stay in the UK. With every floor being completely bespoke,  giving you the choice of endless options, colours and designs.

sub-floor preparation

Where we start:
We use a verity of systems which include state of the art concrete grinders, dust extraction kits and dust free options with a new technology primer that will chemically bond to near enough any substrate there is!
Screeding:
We also provide a leveling screed service for those who want an extra flat floor or simply just want to make all floors the same level. Preparation is the most important step to achieve optimum results.
The Resin:
Epoxy flooring is a type of synthetic resin floor system that is laid on top of concrete substrates or new screed/latex as a form of protection and decoration. The systems are often comprised of several layers of thermosetting resin that are rolled, poured, and applied onto any substrate . Once the resin layers completely cure, the floor system forms a strong and permanent bond, acting as an impervious and decorative barrier to protect the substrate.

Design Floor

A vastly growing epoxy resin flooring system that is here to stay in the UK. With every floor being completely bespoke and giving you a vast choice of colours and designs. The 4 steps of a resin floor:
1) Floor preparation (grinding, priming, screeding)
2) Base coat (moisture barrier, clear resin, coloured resin)
3) Design coat (your choice of colours & design)
4) Top clear coat. (gloss, matt, satin)
Once undertaken, the results are a stunning colourful durable surface.

Flake Floor

Flake is often seen in garages with a textured finish that some say may look like a polished gravel floor that is non slip. Flake is put down using epoxy resin and also polyaspartic which gives it the rock hard and highly durable finish.

Quartz Floor

Quartz floors are innately more durable than flake floors and have increased slip resistance. They are more often used in wet areas such as locker rooms and bathrooms. That said, textured additives such as aluminum oxide can be used to increase slip resistance in any epoxy floors.

the benefits of resin flooring

Aesthetics
Epoxy flooring can be applied as a seamless, easy-to-clean floor surface with a wide range of customisable colour options, as well as a variety of gloss levels (glossy, satin, matte). Further design options include the addition of coloured microchips and metallic pigment additives..
Maintenance
Since epoxy is a seamless and impervious flooring option, the substrate is protected from chemicals, dirt, liquids and other contaminants. This makes the floors easy to clean and requiring only a scrubber or standard mopping with a general-purpose cleaner – no waxing or buffing is necessary. Epoxy floors do not require much maintenance other than a standard cleaning, making them a great long-term value option.
Safety
One of the lesser-considered advantages of epoxy flooring is its ability to include a non-slip profile by broadcasting an anti slip product onto the wet body coat during application. This is an important facet for commercial or industrial spaces, as the safety of occupants should always be a primary concern.
Durability
Workloads on epoxy floors can vary from foot traffic to truck and forklift vehicles. An industrial flooring option can withstand daily abuse from a wide variety of equipment and manufacturing processes. As an abrasion and chemical-resistant material, epoxy flooring options can meet the durability needs of most industrial manufacturers.
